I am an out-of-network provider, which means I provide services that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company, provided they offer out-of-network benefits. I provide each client with a monthly super-bill for out-of-network services to facilitate submitting to your insurance company for reimbursement.
The best way to find out if your insurance company offers out of network benefits is to call your insurance company directly and ask the following:
Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
